n 2017, in collaboration with CFMT – Centro di Formazione Management del Terziario (Tertiary Management Training Center), ASFOR created the Managerial Learning Observatory. The aim of the initiative is to monitor the evolutionary trends of management training in companies, highlighting the guidelines for innovation, best practices and experiences worthy of attention.

The collaboration has led to the completion of three research projects, based on the key themes of leadership and training for managers, but also on the dynamics which foster the engagement of people within companies, nurturing their sense of belonging and defining the identity of the companies.
