ASFOR-APAFORM Manifesto on Management Training

The first edition of the ASFOR manifesto for the relaunch of management training dates back to 2006: the long process of drawing it up involved the entire association in the belief that it was useful and necessary to emphasize the strategic importance of management training for the development of the national economic system.

This belief has remained unchanged and guided the 2020 re-edition of the ASFOR-APAFORM Manifesto on management training, developed over the course of a year which was difficult yet extraordinarily stimulating and filled with new opportunities.


The manifesto aspires to guide people and organizations in an increasingly complex world, in which the exponential acceleration of change, increasingly tighter competitive dynamics, the disruptive digital revolution and the rapid progress of scientific and technological knowledge pose the risk of being disorienting and overwhelming, fueling a development model which seems unstoppable but which shows clear limits in terms of its environmental and social impact.
