Since 1971, ASFOR has been the association of reference for those dealing with management training in Italy.

With research, conferences and in-depth seminars, it promotes discussion on the most relevant issues of management education and on the evolution of the world of work.

Through the accreditation system, it collaborates with the main international associations for the development and sharing of good practices for the evaluation of courses and training institutions.

The ASFOR system brings together 90 members, including the main Italian Business Schools (both university-affiliated and independent,) numerous consulting and training companies as well as the Corporate Academies of large private and public groups and some professional associations.

The training activities of the members involve more than 170,000 participants every year, generating a total turnover of over €300 million.

In 2013, ASFOR founded APAFORM - (Associazione Professionale ASFOR dei Formatori di Management) ASFOR Professional Association of Management Trainers (www.apaform.it).
